Data Analyst - Business Insights & Forecasting

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and data-driven professional to work at the intersection of data analytics, forecasting, and business strategy, with a direct impact on our sales performance, operations, and profitability. 

You’ll work closely with the Director of Business Management to develop data models, analyze key metrics, and provide insights that drive measurable improvements in our business operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop data analytics models to forecast product mix based on sales funnel, historical data, and market trends. 

• Provide actionable insights to improve the sales efficiency, supply chain, and gross margin. 

• Perform monthly reporting on metrics such as ASP (average selling price), margin performance, and comparisons to plan/potential. 

• Co-create business cases with the product team and other key stakeholders, using data to articulate opportunities, risks, and ROI. 

• Analyze imperfect or incomplete datasets and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making. 

• Collaborate with the business management and commercial teams to identify opportunities for measurable improvements in sales and operations. 

• Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to track key business metrics. 

• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership. 
  
  

What We’re Looking For: 

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field. 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tools). 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data. 

• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business improvements. 

• Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders. 

• A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working with sales funnel data or in supply chain analytics. 

• Knowledge of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling. 

• Familiarity with the robotics or automation industry is a plus.
