We are looking for someone who takes pride in playing an active role in managing and shaping the way we use data effectively to exceed our customers’ expectations and improve internal user experiences.

 

As CRM consultant, you will be working across our Microsoft systems to streamline data transfer and enabling fast effective decision making. In this role you’ll report to our Global Channel Program Director and work with our CRM Manager, IT Application Development, System Engineering, Cyber Security, and the Service Desk to ensure the successful deployment, support, and availability of business systems. You will be based in our offices in Odense (Denmark) and join a committed team who are full of spirit and ambition.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide on-going support of Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems, including incident analysis and resolution.
  • Manage integrations with third party systems, i.e., Dynamics AX and Power Bi.
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM applications and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical guidance, cross training, and create knowledge articles to ensure effective coverage and efficient support of business applications.
  • Support the sales teams in training and knowledge sharing including the onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Assign, maintain, and review application security roles and privileges.

 

 

Qualifications

 

You will be a team player, working closely with many stakeholders across the business and be able to deliver at pace. Further, you come with:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and with relevant experience in IT System Administration.
  • At least 3 year of that should be direct, hands on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Proven experience with the MS Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
