Responsibilities

Teradyne Robotics is looking for a new ESG specialist, who can support and secure that the company’s business units are compliant with all regulatory standards.

 

With reference to the Quality Director, and in close corporation with Head of ESG, you will become part of the QHSE team with 3 colleagues working at Teradyne Robotics operations in Odense.

You will have a cross functional role working with many stakeholders in the company.

 

Within the QHSE team, the ESG specialist has a key role in securing that the company is compliant with all new ESG requirements. Responsible for the reporting and collection relevant data from different stakeholders, you will: 

 

  • Lead the construction, analyzing the gap, implement and anchor the reporting of ESG data: CBAM, PPWR/EPR etc.
  • Secure strong processes for handling of ESG data and optimize reporting structure
  • Work closely with the Supply base management team and their suppliers
  • Support with collecting data for CSRD reporting
  • Drive and support ESG projects
  • Support the implementation and certification of ISO 14001
  • Participate in internal audits
  • Support building up the Management system so it is compliant to ISO 14001

We are looking for someone with experience from ESG work and reporting. Furthermore;

  • ESG educational background with minimum bachelor’s/diploma degree
  • Proven experience in similar or related roles is preferable
  • Strong project management skill and interest in data
  • Experience from a production company will be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Fluency in English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in general
  • Supply chain management experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
  • Tenacious – does not give up at the first “No”
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated with minimal supervision to perform individual tasks and responsibilities
