Financial Controller for Teradyne Robotics in Odense

In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to key stakeholders. Working alongside a team of approximately 20 colleagues in Denmark and partnering with finance professionals around the world, you’ll be joining us at a pivotal moment. We are currently transforming our finance function to enhance automation, compliance, and operational efficiency—and we’re looking for someone eager to be part of that journey.
Your core responsibilities
You will drive financial reporting and controlling for specific business units or regions. And furthermore:
- Lead or support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready (internal & external audits)
- Optimize internal processes, reporting standards, and compliance protocols
- Be a finance partner across departments—this includes participating in projects that influence business operations
- Grow into expanded responsibilities as you become more embedded in the team
What We’re Looking For
We believe you are likely to thrive in this role if you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration (or equivalent)
- 4+ years of experience in financial control or auditing
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to finance
- Experience in Microsoft Excel (advanced level expected)
- Bonus: knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 and Power BI
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with a mindset for continuous improvement
- Excellent English skills - written and verbal
- Comfort working in a dynamic, tech-driven environment
