As HR Field Partner, you will be a trusted and valued partner for all employees and line managers when supporting the development and growth, the organization and business is currently going through, while driving our people agenda and core HR activities.

As our HR Field Partner, you are passionate about people and culture and have a key focus on supporting the growth and development of our businesses and organizations. In this role you’ll be part of a Global HR organization and report to our EMEA HR field partner manager. Both Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR) and Universal Robots (UR) are part of Teradyne Industrial Automation group. You will be based in our offices in Odense and join a committed EMEA HR team responsible for implementing the HR strategy in the IA group.




  • Sparring in relation to organizational development, leadership development, talent development, and succession planning
  • Support and guide managers regarding all aspects of employment law
  • Ensure optimal onboarding and introduction of new colleagues
  • Act as sounding board and provide professional advice and sparring in relation to management training and managerial challenges
  • Recruitment of manager as well as specialist positions
  • Drive organizational development and change management activities in cooperation with Strategic HR BP´s
  • Support and drive the yearly performance management process, including people reviews and goal setting
  • Drive the diversity and inclusion agenda and support global initiatives  
  • Execute and follow up on engagement surveys


In this position you will work cross-organizationally and be part of a shared-services function. Together with our team of HR generalists and specialists you’ll actively participate in the future development and growth of both MIR and UR.




Our new HR Field Partner is pro-active, take ownership and strive to deliver quality work. Further, you come with:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within, for instance, HR, Strategy and Management, Economics or Psychology
  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience as HR Partner or similar from an international company
  • Sound business understanding from several years of working in the private sector
  • Deep insight into managerial challenges and human aspects
  • Good knowledge about employment law and the ability to guide and provide advice on the subject
  • Communicate fluently in English and Danish – verbally as well as in writing
