Our new junior recruiter will be a key contributor in assisting, developing, and executing strategies to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified and engaged candidates.to work inside the engineering heart of our business, where new ideas come to life under the ambitious vision ‘to build a world where people work with robots, not like robots’.

 

Passion for Recruiting

 

To increase the efficiency in the inflow of passionated candidates and to support our global growth we are looking for a junior recruiter to search and identify potential and experienced candidates for vacant positions in Teradyne Industrial Automation (IA) group. Since both Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR) and Universal Robots (UR) are part of the IA EMEA group you will be based in our office in Odense and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager as well as partner up with a committed HR team responsible for implementing the IAG HR strategy.

 

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Building pipeline securing an inflow of talents through searching, cold calling and networking
  • Recruitment from A-Z, in collaboration with our excellent hiring managers
  • Writing job adverts for our exciting positions
  • Handling open positions using our SAP- based recruitment system (Thrive)
  • Screening and assessment of selected candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with relevant hiring managers
  • Brand ambassador ensuring that all candidates who apply feel acknowledged
  • Contribute to company social media accounts to highlight open positions, upcoming branding/recruiting events
  • Support the goal of building a diverse and inclusive workforce

 

Professional Competencies

 

As candidate for this position, you are passionate about structure and deliver quality work. Further you come with:

  • Relevant educational background and minimum 2-4 years of corporate recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems
  • Communicate fluently in English and Danish – verbally as well as in writing

It is important to have a sense of urgency and focus on quality in every aspect of the job. You have an outgoing and service minded personality and thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
