In this role, you have influence on the smooth running of our day-to-day operations in our production. You will be responsible for production planning and balancing production capacity plans to meet demand plans. You will be a part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team with responsibility of Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Management. In this role, you will refer to Head of S&OP.

As a production planner you will ensure effective planning by setting the right pace in collaboration with production management team to ensure weekly output within our production targets set by our S&OP demand and supply team.
A key success parameter is to ensure strong collaboration with your key stakeholders in the Production Team, S&OP department and support functions to the production. You should be able to navigate in a dynamic environment and mitigate potential production or supply issues to ensure delivery performance to meet customer satisfaction.
You communicate and collaborate with your key designated stakeholders and all levels of production staff to succeed with these parameters. This enables you to coordinate production planning to adapt the production line, and it is why you have be a coordinated and empathetic communicator who can build strong stakeholder relations.
Key responsibilities:
- Weekly Production Planning and daily follow-up with the production team.
- Ensure that our operational production planning process are integrated into shop floor plans and capacity planning.
- Aligning quarterly production output to meet S&OP demand plans.
- Supporting production as super user our Smart Manufacturing System.
- Ensure phase-in products are planned into production.
- Supporting daily operations within the logistics areas with reports and ad hoc analysis as well as support with system and flow related questions
You are looking for a great opportunity grow your career. Preferably, you come with a few years’ experience from a production organization, with a relevant academic background as engineer or MSc in logistics/Supply Chain. You thrive in a dynamic and busy working environment, and you know how to handle tight deadlines.
We also imagine you have:
- A business- and results-orientated mindset, with a holistic view of the value chain
- An ability to take responsibility for your tasks and keep a structured overview
- A systematic and structured workflow, on both strategic and operational levels
- A positive attitude as an extrovert team player and strong collaborator
- High skilled super user in Excel.
- Experience with an ERP a system – if it’s AX Dynamics 2012, it’s a big plus.
As you will communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish is a requirement.
