Delivery Management Department is within Universal Robots R&D department which based in Odense, Denmark. You will be expected to work onsite and there is no relocation budget for this position.

You'll be the driving force behind our development teams, empowering them to deliver cutting-edge products that redefine industry standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless product releases and having a holistic portfolio view. You will create roadmaps and communicate risk and timelines to all the stakeholders in the organization. 

Your responsibilities will encompass orchestrating product releases, orchestrating quality enhancements, and facilitating strategic planning sessions. By actively identifying and resolving obstacles, you'll pave the way for unparalleled success. Working closely with the Cross Organizational team and all the stakeholders at UR.

We're seeking a visionary individual with a proven track record in product development and a passion for technological advancement. Armed with a relevant bachelor's degree and fluency in English, you'll be well-versed in agile, lean, and project management methodologies. Your ability to articulate decisions and insights through various communication channels will be paramount.
