As the R&D Delivery Manager for Hardware Platforms at Universal Robots, you'll be immersed in a vibrant environment where every idea has the potential to shape the future of robotics. 

Delivery Management Department is within Universal Robots R&D department which based in Odense, Denmark. You will be expected to work onsite and there is no relocation budget for this position.

You'll be the driving force behind our development teams, empowering them to deliver cutting-edge products that redefine industry standards. 
Your role will have three focus areas: 

• Implement, and improve the scrum process inside the team 
• Drive Continual Improvement initiatives 
• Facilitate the change management process when new components are introduced into our products 
   

Your responsibilities will encompass facilitating scrum events, and orchestrating quality enhancements. By actively identifying and resolving obstacles, you'll pave the way for unparalleled success. Working closely with development team, R&D Delivery Managers and Teradyne Operations.  

We're seeking an empathic individual with a proven track record in product development and a passion team efficiency. Armed with a relevant bachelor's degree and fluency in English, you'll be well-versed in agile, lean, and project management methodologies. Your ability to articulate decisions and insights through various communication channels will be paramount.
