We work in a fast-paced industry and environment and need to be on the forefront of Sales & marketing to stand out from the competition. Therefore, we are looking for a skilled Sales coordinator to support our Northern European team with a broad palette of activities. The NE team consists of members across Scandinavia and Benelux. In this role you are successful when contributing to Northern European division by helping to achieve sales and marketing goals.

 

To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to working with:

 

  • Order handling
  • Customer support, credit & payment checks 
  • Collaborate with and support sales team members
  • Loan robot handling and stock maintenance
  • Travels to and participate/setting up exhibitions and sales events in the region
  • Marketing support
    • Event Support (exhibitions, roadshows, HQ visits)
    • Team activity coordination
    • Merchandise and brochure support
    • Assisting with partner communication and management such as newsletters and partner updates
  • Internal organizer of NE events and meeting/activities

 

You will be based in Odense, Denmark and will report to Michael Hjertebjerg (Regional President, Northern Europe)

To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

  • A bachelor’s degree or similar in sales and marketing
  • 3-4 years’ experience from an international environment
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • High standards of customer service 
  • A willingness to travel as needed (up to 30 travel days per year)
     

Ideally the candidate would also have:

  • Fluency in 2 or more of the Scandinavian languages
  • Worked with AX Dynamics 365 and CRM systems

 

As English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
