Enable decisions, deliver insights and ensure continuous improvements

The Commercial Operations team is responsible for defining & optimizing global sales processes to achieve strategic objectives, as well as developing relevant, data-driven insights for the senior management team. 

 

As a Senior Analyst, your focus will be to support the top management by providing analytical insights on Universal Robot’s commercial strategies. Through strong communication and an analytical approach, you will gain trust in the organization and play a vital role in ensuring that the right insights are brought forward at the right time. Main areas of responsibility will be to: 

 

  • Own the standard Sales KPI reports provided to executive management, ensuring accuracy & precision in all circumstances
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to provide insights to improve our commercial strategies by building, tracking, and analyzing sales funnel metrics
  • Develop dashboards that effectively communicate priorities and initiate actions required by senior management and regional sales teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes by implementing performance monitoring capabilities, investigating processes, and developing clear action plans to deliver against strategic objectives
  • Coach junior team members to advance their technical skill development and lead by example to support a culture of high performance

As a candidate for this position, you are passionate about delivering high quality, business relevant analytics. You enjoy cross-organizational problem solving and are skilled at translating complex findings in a clear and impactful insights for senior management. 
 
As a person you have focus on quality in every aspect of the job. You have an outgoing and service-minded personality and thrive in a dynamic and international environment – even when it’s fast-paced and deadlines must be met. The ability to work independently, to take responsibility and ownership in delivering results are some of the key elements in the position.  
   
Other Professional Competencies: 

  • +5 years of experience from FP&A, business analytics, commercial excellence, performance management, operational audit, or similar preferred 
  • Relevant educational background, Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (DAX)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and data, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of productivity or workflow tools (such as Power Automate or Power Apps) is a plus
  • Interpersonal skills – capable of building a strong network and interacting with stakeholders across the organization 
  • Communicate fluently in English - verbally as well as in writing
