As our Senior FP&A Specialist, you are a part of our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The FP&A team is responsible for driving financial and business analytics across the organization.  

 

Your focus will be to support the top management gaining analytical insights on Universal Robot’s corporate and commercial strategies. Through strong communication and an analytical approach, you will gain trust in the organization and play a vital role in ensuring that the right insights are brought forward at the right time. Main areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Partner with teams across the organization, and provide insights to improve our data-driven corporate and commercial strategies by building, tracking and analyzing key metrics
  • Together with the FP&A team: Take a strong part in driving analytical insight as an enabler for commercial success
  • Drive continuous improvements to our forecast models and processes
  • Build, improve and standardize business reporting for UR management and strategic analysis

Reporting to our Head of FP&A, you will be part of a strong finance team based in our HQ in Odense, where commitment, timeliness quality, attention to detail and integrity are key words. We take pride in our work, and believe respect and trust are key enablers of a strong Team spirit where quality is in the heart of everything we do.      

 

Furthermore, we expect:
 

  • +5 years of experience from FP&A, business analytics, commercial excellence, data science, performance management or similar preferred
  • Relevant educational background, cand.merc., cand.polit or similar higher education
  • Advanced user of Excel and good knowledge of BI systems (knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage)
  • Interpersonal skills – building a strong network and interacting with stakeholders across the organization
  • Communicate fluently in English - verbally as well as in writing

You have an outgoing and service minded personality and thrive in a dynamic and international environment.
