Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Test Engineer, you’ll be part of a high‑performing R&D organization where we design and develop future products — and ensure they meet the highest standards through thoughtful, comprehensive testing. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and contribute to a world‑class testing environment. In this role, you design the future by:

  • Leading the design and execution of complex test activities, ensuring strong and relevant test coverage in alignment with project and product needs.
  • Selecting appropriate test methods and supporting the definition of sample sizes and acceptance levels together with the team, Project Development Teams, and Quality Leads.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians, helping elevate best practices across the team.
  • Working within established test frameworks and tools while contributing to their continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring test results are accurate, traceable, and clearly documented to support strong decision‑making.
  • Acting as a Point Team Contact toward specific project teams, participating in day‑to‑day planning to align testing with development activities.
  • Driving and contributing to root‑cause analysis together with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve test methods, processes, and organizational efficiency.

Your Background – What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Test Engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and thrives in a vibrant, collaborative engineering environment. You combine strong technical insight with a structured and holistic approach to your work.

We imagine you bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering.
  • Good analytical skills and experience supporting or driving root‑cause analysis activities.
  • The ability to guide, support, and collaborate with colleagues across teams in a positive and constructive way.
  • A structured mindset with an eye for high‑quality documentation and efficient workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not required.

It would be an advantage if you also bring experience with:

  • Data acquisition and sensors (temperature, humidity, strain gauges, load cells).
  • Data management, analysis or visualization tools such as JIRA, Power BI, MATLAB, LABVIEW, or JMP.
  • Drivetrains, motors, encoders, friction/tensile testing or durability testing.
  • Environmental testing, such as climate testing, EMC testing, or IP testing.
  • Knowledge of test methodology, equipment management, calibration, or ISO 17025.

What Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for people who take responsibility and lead by example — no matter their role. You thrive in a culture built on openness, integrity, and teamwork. You enjoy solving complex tasks, value diverse perspectives, and bring positive energy into your collaborations. You push the limits, seek continuous improvement, and are motivated by creating solutions that make an impact.
