Your Impact – Shaping the Future of Automation 
You will play a pivotal role in our high-performing Mechanical R&D team based in Odense, Denmark. In this position, you will collaborate closely with skilled colleagues to develop innovative products and drive continuous improvements across our existing portfolio.  

 

In this role, you will:  

  • Translate complex market and compliance needs into robust mechanical design requirements 
  • Design, develop and validate advanced dynamic sealing systems across the robot platform   
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engineering tasks and project milestones 
  • Improve our current products for production, quality, and cost 
  • Contribute to a strong team culture through knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving 

 

Your background – What you bring to the table 

We imagine you hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have solid experience working in or for highly regulated industries such as Pharma or Food & Beverage. You are analytical, pragmatic, structured, and take pride in delivering well-documented, high-quality solutions. 
 

To succeed, we imagine you come with: 

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related fields 
  • 5 -10 years of relevant R&D experience, preferably within Pharma or Food & Beverage 
  • Strong experience with DFMEA and design in 3D and 2D (we use SolidWorks) 
  • A proven track record with design for robustness and manufacturability (DFM, DFA) 
  • Solid knowledge of ingress protection (IP), cleanroom standards, and hygienic design principles  
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
