Empowered developer with a sense for detail and user interaction

We are looking for a frontend developer who has a product development mindset and has a strong human-centered design approach. A growth mindset and positive attitude is also a must. If that’s you, you get to work with robots, one of the coolest products on the market. You’ll be part of a development team with a couple of seniors who will make sure that you settle in the team and continue to develop your skills, so you can progress if you wish to do so.

As a member of our team, you get to work with Angular and .NET. You’ll be part of decision making and we’ll make sure you get to be a true member of the team, by including you in team events etc. 

The primary responsibilities in the role will be to:

• Continuously improve, design, and innovate on the new web applications
• Collaborate closely with the whole product team, UX/UI and Product Designers in all stages in the software development process (ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, code review, final visual design, quality assurance etc.)
• Adhere to the lean and agile development process. Be part of the customer engagement, have the willingness to make product specific decisions as a team and be an active part of the overall product development process
• Thrive in a dynamic work atmosphere and contribute to an engaging, motivating, and positive atmosphere
• Focus on building relationships with co-workers both within and outside the team

We expect you to have at least a couple of years of proven experience in frontend development and it’s further expected that you are a fast learner, with a desire to collaborate and that you are always ready to approach new challenges. We also prefer you have an education within software development or related fields.

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have experience with some of the following:

• In depth experience with Angular, React or similar web application framework
• Understanding of implementing basic tracking and setting up frontend tooling 
• Responsive web design, e.g., Grid, Flex or similar
• Developing and using design components from a design library and using tools such as Storybook, or similar 
• Good understanding of automated tests, as well as experience in writing these using Cypress, Karma, or similar frameworks 
• Good communication skills and good at converting customer issues to software objectives and tasks
• Lean and/or agile development in teams
