In this role you help ensure the growth and continuity of the business through relevant organizational metrics and deploying programs. The impact of the role is based on organizational effectiveness analysis, identifying, and addressing learning and develop needs, ways of strengthening the talent pipeline and by ensuring learning and career journeys for the organization. You will be primary partner to Universal Robots with support to Mobile Industrial Robots, and you will be part of the global HR community as well as a part of the regional People Team in EMEA.


To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to working with

  • Managing the Performance Management cycle and deployment and change management a-z, synced with Teradyne (TER)
  • Establishing and managing talent management practices within UR, incl talent/HiPo identification, pipeline management and talent development
  • Supporting strategic HRBP’s in functional organizational design and development needs analysis
  • Leadership development, designing long term learning and career paths for leaders, identifying learning partners
  • General career pathing and frameworks across functions, including competency/development
  • Supporting overall TER succession planning requirements for the group
  • Driving regular tracking and bottom-up organization and capability review processes
  • Data and reporting – supporting the VP HR with key reporting and data enquiries related to the key responsibilities
  • Supporting overall organizational design and development needs analysis


Our HR team is based in both Odense, Denmark and around the world. You will report to Lotte Sodemann, VP HR. Where you are based is less important, however you have to be present regularly in Odense and also travel to interact with relevant business leaders.

The length of your experience is less important to us; however, we do require that you have extensive experience (5+ years) in working with organizational development talent management and learning from an international business across commercial and technology teams. You have a proven track record in leadership development program design and management. You can facilitate capabilities across functions and layers, and you have experience from general performance management processes and succession planning. You excel in Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially .xls and .ppt at an advanced level, and you have excellent communication skills across a global and diverse organization.


As English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English.


As a person you are independent, yet still a team player. You thrive in owning your own tasks as well as being operational and hands on with other teams. You have a natural focus on details, quality and accuracy, you understand the balance and prioritization between here-and-now urgent tasks and long-term projects and improvements.
