In this position, you will work with technical information related to robotics, software, service processes, and customer support. You will help create and maintain structured knowledge articles, support documentation, and product content used by service teams and AI-enabled support tools. You will also support the maintenance of the Support Site, including software uploads, release notes, and other service content in coordination with internal stakeholders.

The role will also support case escalations by helping collect data, organize technical information, document follow-up, and coordinate with relevant teams. Depending on business needs, you may also assist with data extraction, reporting, and simple analysis to provide visibility into service trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Create and maintain technical knowledge articles, service notes, and structured product knowledge for internal service use.

  • Maintain Support Site content, including software releases, release notes, and other technical service information.

  • Support escalated service cases by collecting data, organizing technical information, and helping coordinate follow-up with regional engineers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Service Operations, and other stakeholders on technical clarifications and knowledge creation.

  • Extract data and prepare reports or simple dashboards to highlight trends, follow-up needs, and operational insights.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service knowledge, documentation quality, and support processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Knowledge content and Support Site information are accurate, structured, and updated on time.

  • Escalated cases are supported with clear documentation, organized technical input, and structured follow-up.
