As our new Student Worker, you will be based at our new headquarters in Odense.
You will be part of our Talent Acquisition team and support throughout the recruitment process to provide a stellar candidate experience. This includes:
 

• Ensuring managers are ready as a recruitment project starts
• Jobpostings
• Scheduling interviews
• Interview feedback collection
• Various system processing and reporting

For you to have success in the position, we imagine you have the following experience and skills:
 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, with at least two years left of studies
• Solid in working with Excel and Word
• Speak and write English proficiently

As a person, you have a structured approach. You are self-motivated, openminded and you thrive in an international environment. You are curious with an eagerness to learn. Besides this, you are a team player with good report skills.
