In this role, you have influence on the flow of materials that supports our daily operations in our production. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver on time and operate efficiently, aligning the supply plan with the production schedule to meet demand requirements. You will be a part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team with responsibility of Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Management. In this role, you will refer to the Supply Planning Manager.

As a Supply Planner at Teradyne Robotics, you will be an essential part of our supply chain team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our daily production activities by securing the timely availability of materials and components. Your main responsibility is to manage purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and ensure that deliveries align with production needs and inventory targets. You communicate and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, mitigate risks, and support strategic planning initiatives.

As a Supply Planner you are responsible for:
 

  • Execute purchase orders, order monitoring, confirmations, and rescheduling
  • Maintain material data in the ERP system
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and manage any supply chain disruptions.
  • Inventory management and forecast towards the suppliers
  • Collaboration across departments to ensure efficient supply
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.

 

We are looking for an engaged and analytical supply planner who can take responsibility and work in a structured manner. We imagine you:

  • Have experience as a Supply Planner or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A business- and results-orientated mindset, with a holistic view of the value chain
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have experience with ERP systems and are comfortable with data analysis
  • Thrive in a dynamic and busy working environment

As you will communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish is a requirement.
