Passion for Talent Acquisition

 

To increase the efficiency in the inflow of skilled and ambitious candidates and to support our global growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to search and identify potential and experienced candidates for vacant positions in Teradyne Industrial Automation (IA) group. Since both Mobile Industrial Robots (MIR) and Universal Robots (UR) are part of the IA EMEA group you will be based in our office in Odense and report to Vice President HR IA as well as partner up with our committed EMEA HR team responsible for implementing the HR strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of a robust pipeline of talents through searching, cold calling, networking, using professional networks, developing candidate referrals, and constantly seeking out innovative new ways to identify and attract hard to find, specialized talents to all our EMEA offices
  • Lead, develop, coach, and support the 2 members of the recruiting and attraction team
  • Recruitment from A-Z, in collaboration with our excellent hiring managers globally
  • Write job adverts for our exciting positions
  • Screen and assess the candidates selected
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with relevant hiring managers
  • Determine recruiting KPI´s, build and present KPI reports
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting function, offering team resources and recommendations to achieve goals

 

In this position you will work cross-organizationally and actively participate in the future development and growth of both MIR and UR.

 

Professional competencies

 

As candidate for this position, you are passionate about structure and strive to deliver quality work. Further, you come with:

  • Relevant educational background
  • + 5 years of proven experience from a similar role within a global work environment
  • + 5 years of searching experience within commercial and technical sales, preferably from a search firm
  • Experience with LinkedIn and different job portals
  • Communicate fluently in English and Danish – verbally as well as in writing
