As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be part of a professional and new established team in EMEA that is responsible for meeting the business needs and for recruiting the right talent. We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong track record of recruitments across EMEA and with a natural focus on both the candidate and leader experience throughout the recruitment process.

 

You will work cross the Universal Robots organization with a main focus on positions across EMEA. You will drive a pipeline of recruitments from A-Z by building a talent pipeline and securing an inflow of the best applicants. You will partner with the business leaders and understand the need they have for capabilities and talent for their team and help them set the right search strategy. Interacting with managers at all levels and providing them support and challenge when needed is something that comes natural for you. Some leaders may be in US or APAC and need to find a candidate for their team based within the EMEA region. Or you will work closely with recruiters in US and APAC on some cross-regional searches.

 

To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to defining recruitment strategy for each search, help set the right interview panel, ensure interview feedback circles back, assessing candidates, conducting interviews, and working with recruitment marketing for hires across EMEA.

 

Universal Robots has a clear strategy and ambition to grow. We believe in empowering people and close collaboration. So, we expect you to feel accountable for the searches that are allocated to you and work closely with the rest of the HR organization as needed.

 

It will be an advantage if you have experience from a high-tech organization. You are used to having a portfolio of open searches to handle at the same time and can give them the equal sense of urgency. You excel in both stakeholder management as well as project management around your own work. Preferable you have experience in working with positions, job families and levels and understand how to read and interpret a role. You will work close with our HR Business Partners, and it is natural to you to share and align. You will be part of our both global and regional HR teams where we have a clear People Strategy for Universal Robots. This will give you the opportunity to be involved in multitude of dialogues with managers e.g., career discussions, employer branding, succession planning, performance management etc.

 

The most important for us is your experience in working across EMEA and that you have experience recruiting up to Director role. Our headquarter HR team is based in Odense, Denmark, however this role can be a hybrid role based anywhere in EMEA. We do expect you to do regular trips to our headquarter. We are looking for a team player with extensive recruitment throughout Europe and D-suit recruitment, along with recruitment data and analytics.

 

We imagine that you have academic qualifications and preferably you hold: 

  • A BSc or a Master
  • Preferable you have certificates and experience with., Hogan, PI or similar

 

As English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English.

As a person you are independent, but still a team player. You are motivated by solving complex tasks and still you are very practical in the way you approach things. We have an agile organization where things continuously change and therefore it´s an advantage if you see yourself as a fast learner and adaptor.
