Hosting over 600 employees, this new headquarters will be a vibrant center for both internals and externals who come to Odense to experience the cobot technology first-hand.

 

As our new Visitor & Event Manager, you will be based at this new headquarters in Odense. Here, you will play a vital role in giving our external visitors (typically customers and partners) an outstanding all-round experience during their visit at Universal Robots.
 

Your daily work will evolve around the following tasks and responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement a new framework for how we perform customer visits.
  • Design and execute customer visits / programs for customer visits.
  • Attend to visitors during their visit at our location.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute major internal events for our company, e.g. Summer party, Christmas party etc.
  • Track and report on the output of customer visits connected to our CRM system
  • Manage all internal communication related to your area of responsibility


With this role, we are looking to take greater and a more holistic responsibility for our visitors – therefore, we need you!

Qualifications:
 

It is important and required that you:
 

  • Bring minimum 5 years from a similar role, where you have handled a large amount of customer visits.
  • Are passionate about giving our guests the best possible experience when they visit our location.
  • Are an outgoing person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Are a person, who takes charge and gets things done.
  • Are a structured and trustworthy person.
  • Speak and write English proficiently.


It is seen as an advantage if you bring experience with developing frameworks / processes around customer visits. Furthermore, is a benefit if you speak and write Danish proficiently.
