We at Universal Robots are looking for a dynamic, organized, efficient sales & marketing support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales & marketing departments in gaining and keeping customers. We have a huge diversity of customers from small and medium sized production companies of all kinds, to very Large Accounts in any kind of industrial segments. 

 

Passion for sales and marketing

 

As Sales & Marketing Support, you will provide general admin assistance, customer service, and marketing support, including coordinate international and domestic shipping, procurement of office supplies and other materials, and manage equipment of the office. We sell our products through distributors, so you will work in close collaboration with these, as well as with our vendors to manage and resolve issues.

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Orders Management of robots, parts and service products 
  • Daily sales enquiries from distributors 
  • Lead-time and delivery date management for distributors 
  • Debtors follow up / Payment collection management 
  • Compile sales reports, project results, feedbacks from distributors, sales statistics etc. 
  • New distributors account set up, contract entry and update in the system and application of credit insurance 
  • Claims (RMA) management and general French Office Management 
  • Assist with proof reading of marketing materials 
  • Support arranging exhibitions, events, and seminars etc. 
  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, events, sales trainings etc.
  • General Office Management, procurement of office suppliers, and admin assistance

 

Qualifications

Most important is your drive and personality. If you have the will, energy, and passion, together we will secure the success. You need to have some sales and marketing experience and strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. You are strong both in working autonomously and in a team and are dedication to customer satisfaction. Further, you come with:

 

  • High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred 
  • Three years of experience in sales & marketing administration. Office management experience is a plus. 
  • Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel 
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software and data analysis 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize 
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail 
  • You speak French at native level, and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Spanish is a plus.
