Opportunity Overview

• Create quotation and sales order etc.

• Responsible for sorting clients’ information, Pipeline and sales orders etc.

• Assist in tracking and dealing with the feedback from the customers for order fulfillment and contract execution.

• Assist in maintaining customer profile and manage contract and order documentation the information and files for the customers and making the sales reports

• Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of order revenue and backlog to support management decision.

• Other admin work of sales support assigned by the manager

• Bachelor degree or above

• Knowledge on general sales

• Around 1-2 years’ working experience as sales assistant or sales support

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve results.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

• Proficient in English reading and writing, spoken English is a plus.
