Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a motivated student to join our team as an Inside Sales Intern at our facilities in Querétaro. This internship is designed not only to support the candidate’s professional development but also to contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and sales methods.
An intern in the inside sales department at Universal Robots could perform various activities, including:
- Prospect follow-up and lead qualification: Engaging with incoming leads to assessing their level of interest, needs, and potential fit. Responsible for lead nurturing and qualification, ensuring smooth handoff to sales for high-quality opportunities.
- Pipeline progression: Collaborating with the sales team to monitor the status of prospects and ensure consistent movement through the sales funnel—from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Marketing-sales alignment: Working closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and support the execution of targeted initiatives to generate and convert demand.
- CRM and data accuracy: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems to ensure visibility into lead status, interactions, and next steps.
- Product and solution training: Gaining in-depth knowledge of Universal Robots' solutions to provide initial technical context to lead and ensure value-based conversations from early stages.
- Content and messaging support: Contributing to the creation and adaptation of sales collateral tailored to different customer profiles and stages of the funnel.
- Performance tracking: Analyzing lead conversion metrics and engagement data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to the lead management process. Leads internal process audit.

Minimum job requirements:
- Must be pursuing a college degree in fields such as Engineering, Marketing, Business Management or similar.
- Student voluntary insurance
- Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Preferred job requirements:
- Proficient in Portuguese
