Universal Robots, together with Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR), is growing rapidly in Korea. We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, build thought-leadership, and drive demand by delivering integrated marketing programs across the Korean market.
This role includes collaboration with global and regional marketing teams, local sales teams, and partner networks to support our ambitious growth objectives across both Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots.
The Marketing Specialist will report to the Head of APAC Marketing (primary reporting line) and dotted line to the Country Manager in Korea.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with local sales team, regional & global marketing team to create a marketing plan in Korea.
• Manage external digital marketing agencies in Korea to create, execute, and track marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with regional & global digital marketing teams to drive online demand generation, ensuring that digital campaigns and programs are executed within budget and to expectations.
• Partner with the local marketing team and Korea Sales Team to plan and execute offline activities such as showcases, exhibitions, seminars, and other field marketing events.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing programs with the local marketing and sales teams to support the growth of Universal Robots and Mobile Industrial Robots partner ecosystems, including distributors and integrators.
• Coordinate PR and digital/social media partners and scope of work, and manage and oversee the execution of these activities in Korea.
• Provide data-driven insights for weekly KPI’s and make adjustments to improve results.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications combined with minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role, ideally from a multinational corporation in industrial automation/manufacturing. Additionally, you must have a wide all-round experience from diverse marketing tasks, both in digital/social and traditional media. We seek a self-driven, resourceful and flexible team player.

• Strong execution skills and ability to manage tasks, deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent overall marketing understanding, with hands-on execution capability.
• Strong communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
• Native-level Korean communication skills.
• Fluent English is a strong advantage.
• Business acumen and experience working directly or indirectly with sales teams.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance.
• Excellent time-management, interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
