- Execution of strategic sales strategy and key accounts management in China
执行战略销售策略,以及大客户管理.
- Develop and implement a Large Accounts Plan in line with Universal Robots product portfolio to potential current Large Accounts
根据潜在大客户的需求,制定并实施符合优傲机器人产品线的大客户计划;
- Develop new customers and new business regionally, achieve strategic customer sales budget.
开发区域和行业内的新客户新业务,挖掘管理大客户,并促使达成战略客户销售目标.
- Manage sales resources dedicated to developing business in the defined market
管理在既定市场内业务发展的销售资源
- Enhance our business and relations with customers

- Establish annual goals for each Large Accounts and Strategy Accounts in targeted industry.
建立目标行业各大客户和战略客户的年度目标
- Manage price structure for Large Accounts and align with Global strategy

- Qualifications& Skills任职资格及技巧
- College degree or above, MBA or equivalent preferred
本科以上学历,工商管理硕士或相等学位优先
- Deep automotive industry and practical experience within the Key Accounts/Large Accounts area both in Automotive industry and Robots industry
对汽车行业和机器人自动化行业有深入了解并有在业内大客户/大客户领域的实际工作经验,
- Familiar with the new energy vehicle industry and understand the application and program of robot automation preferred.
尤其是熟悉新能源汽车行业并对行业机器人自动化应用和方案了解的优先
- Minimum 7 years of experience and a proven track record from a similar position - working with large accounts channel, Excellent experience in new customers development.
至少7年以上与大客户渠道合作相关工作经验和出色的新客户开发的工作经历
- Minimum of 5 years in an international B2B large accounts channel development context
Experience with sales of complex technical solutions
至少5年国际B2B大客户渠道发展背景,有销售复杂技术解决方案的经验
- More than 5 years of independent project management experience and ability

- Solid stakeholder management skills
