Regional President, China

Objectives

In order to facilitate further business growth, Universal Robots is looking for a Regional President of Greater China, a full P&L role responsible for Universal Robot’s business in mainland China and Taiwan.   The role will also be a trusted leader who are able to develop a high-performing team and effectively collaborate across regions and with headquarters.

Key Accountabilities

General Management:

Take overall P&L responsibilities of Universal Robots in Greater China.

Develop and execute regional strategies and plans for developing business and achieving the ambitious performance goals.

Proactively identify any business issue or potential problem and develop strategies to remove any roadblocks that may impact achievement of the objectives or business operations optimization.

Collaborate with other regions and headquarters to achieve collective global business goals.

Ensure the full compliance of regional practices to the company standard and regional legal requirements.

 Commercial:

Build and maintain a strong sales force that is motivated and driven by success.

Support the sales director to establish and nurture relationships with key sales partners and end customers.

Guide the sales and marketing team to monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.

Actively engage with new customer segments while increasing the wallet share of existing segments.

Explore different ways of go-to market and enhance the reach of direct sales.
