Objectives

In order to facilitate further business growth, Universal Robots is looking for a Head of Sales China. Reporting to Regional President, Greater China of Universal Robots, the Head of Sales China will undertake full responsibility for the overall sales in China, leading a growing sales team of more than 20 people. Targeting clients in both automotive and general industry, the Head of Sales will manage both channel sales and key account sales.

The ideal candidates should be a hands-on B2B sales leader with proven track record in managing multiple sales models, and with rich experience selling to automotive OEMs and suppliers. He or she needs to be a mature and accountable leader with high level of integrity and credibility. Moreover, he or she needs to be a trusted leader that is able to develop a high-performing team and effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for developing business and achieving the ambitious sales goals.
Strategize GTM model to accelerate the scale up of China business.
Manage sales teams to deliver profitable growth.
Manage customer needs and expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Establish and nurture relationships with key sales partners and end customers and close cooperation with distributors and selected key customers.
Capture customer needs and ensure high quality provision of services by developing a strong sales organization which include direct sales and key account sales across China.
Responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales force that is motivated and driven by success and with sound talent and pipeline development, capable of delivering to and fully realizing the substantial potential of the company.
Continue a high-performance leadership culture with clear execution accountability, financial and operational discipline; influence and establish strong relationships externally with key customers and business partners, as well as internally within the organization.
