  1. Basic Responsibilities基本职责
  • Execution of Global Large Accounts’ channel strategy

执行全球大客户渠道战略

  • Develop and implement a Large Accounts Plan in line with Universal Robots overall product line to potential current Large Accounts

根据潜在大客户的需求,制定并实施符合优傲机器人总体生产线的大客户计划;

  • Manage sales resources dedicated to developing business in the defined market

管理在既定市场内业务发展的销售资源

  • Enhance our business and relations with customers

加强我们与客户的业务关系

  • Establish annual goals for each Large Accounts in targeted industries

建立目标行业各大客户的年度目标

  • Manage price structure for Large Accounts and align with Global strategy

管理大客户的价格结构并与全球战略相协调

 

  1. Qualifications& Skills任职资格及技巧

 

  • College degree or above, MBA or equivalent preferred

本科以上学历,工商管理硕士或相等学位优先

  • Deep 3C industry and practical experience within the Key Accounts/Large Accounts area in 3C industry

3C电子行业有深入了解并有在业内大客户/大客户领域的实际工作经验

  • Minimum 5 years of experience and a proven track record from a similar position - working with large accounts channels

至少5年以上与大客户渠道合作相关工作经验和良好的工作经历

  • Minimum of 5 years in an international B2B large accounts channel development context

Experience with sales of complex technical solutions

至少5年国际B2B大客户渠道发展背景,有销售复杂技术解决方案的经验

  • Solid stakeholder management skills

良好的利益相关者管理技巧

  • The ability to think and act both strategically and hands on

具有战略思考和行动力

  • Experience from a cross-functional role

  • Strong communication skills at all levels

  • Experience with navigating in an international matrix organization

  • Fluent English skills is a must
