Job Title : Key Account Manager- TSMC/Business Development Manager- electronics

Duties & Responsibilities

  • As the KAM and BDM , you will represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
  • Identifies customer needs and develop/implements complex sales strategies
  • Communicate and present product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer’s technology needs to internal support team
  • Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables
  • Drive the strategic sales process, working in conjunction with partners, internal support team members and customers.
  • Retain and expand company relationships with clients and solicit new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Meet company business goal and increase market share selling.

 Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required 

  • BS/MS in EE is preferred or Engineering related
  • At least five years working experience in semiconductor engineering or equipment sales experience.
  • Good 3C industry and practical experience within the business development area in EMS industry
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skill.
  • Capability in leadership and team work is a must.
  • Creative thinking. 
  • Experience of account penetration to other processes and opportunity
