As the Office Manager for our office in Torino, Italy, you will be managing the everyday activities in the office. You will own the responsibility of coordinating different activities, while making sure that guests and colleagues are being welcomed and assisted with excellent service. The task will vary within administrative, sales and marketing.  


You can look forward to working with:


Administrative and sales:

  • Provide general admin assistance to the team and to all stakeholders, including procurement of office supplies and other materials to the whole team, management of office equipment,
  • General Office Management and follow up of cobot loans
  • Customer Relationship Management: essential link between marketing and sales. Control, updating and improvement of CRM database, close monitoring of leads and opportunities; updating of daily sales enquiries from distributors and customers through inbound calls etc…
  • Assist in compiling sales reports, project results, feedbacks from distributors, sales statistics etc.
  • New distributors account set up, contract entry and update in the system and application of credit insurance
  • Debtors follow up / Payment collection management
  • Work with vendors to manage and resolve issues
  • Customer Service Support, in cooperation with Customer Service Engineer
  • Claims (RMA) management, in cooperation with Customer Service Engineer


  • Support in organizing and coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, webinars etc… and sales follow up on CRM
  • Attend meetings with digital agencies and update on progress in digital marketing actions
  • Support in organizing exhibitions, events and seminars etc., coordinating booth set-up and logistics with the exhibition organizations and booth suppliers
  • Participate in exhibitions, business meetings, events, sales trainings etc. and assist with proof reading of marketing materials


You will be based in Torino, Italy and will report to Gloria Sormani, Country Manager.

Some travelling will be required (on the occasion of fairs and local corporate events).

To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

  • 3+ years’ experience from a similar position
  • Must be able to finish tasks or projects within deadlines
  • Basic IT skills such as Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM


As English is our corporate language, you are expected to be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Spanish and French will be a plus.
