Duties & Responsibilities:

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global HRIS team as a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Analyst.  
In this role, you will be working within the HR group to assist in delivering solutions and services for supporting HR processes, data & systems.  The position will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure their access to HR tools is accurate and up to date. You will also be the owner of all HRIS compliance related controls.  As part of the Global HRIS team, you will be striving for successful and effective execution of the HRIS strategy and the associated HR technology roadmap.


Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
 

  • Permission/Access Management
    • Define access requirements and manage access to HR data and reports
    • Analyze, identify, and correct system access problems and deficiencies
    • Oversee updating and following document management protocols
    • Follow GDPR & employee data protection legislation
    • Ensure Data Retention policies are executed properly
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Conduct regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of all systems and processes
    • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
    • Key contact for internal and external audits
  • Support & Troubleshooting
    • Serve as Tier 1 support for all system access issues
    • Perform application permission-related upgrades, as well as provide training and support
    • HD KACE – monitor help desk tickets and work with subject matter experts to resolve user issues quickly
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient access to data, processes, and reporting
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS security

 

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering)
  • Proficient in Excel  
  • Attention to Detail – thoroughness in accomplishing a task
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
  • Analytical Thinking – review and interpret data and convert insights into actions
  • Process Improvement – ability to analyze processes for weaknesses and inefficiencies and identify ways to make processes work more efficiently
  • Customer Focus – gain customer trust & collaboration
  • Technology Savvy – has the intuitive knowledge to operate applications effectively
  • Self-driven, capable of conducting research and persistently driving process improvements
  • Good problem-solving skills
