The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support the organization by acting as the liaison between Talent Acquisition and Operations for system and process needs, metrics analysis, vendor partnerships and other responsibilities as outlined below.  This position will report to the Talent Acquisition COE lead and will collaborate with the leader in designing reporting and metrics valuable to the team. 






  • Optimize and maintain the organization’s global Recruiting systems, tools and processes including support for recruiters, hiring managers, HR leaders and candidates.
  • Own Recruiting system change requests and process optimization needs and system enhancement opportunities in collaboration with HR Operations. Act as liaison between Recruiters and HR Operations for system and process needs.
  • Review recruiting metrics and analyze them for thresholds and parameters as defined by internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.) to identify areas of focus.
  • Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and training materials for hiring managers.
  • Develop, maintain and deliver training for new recruiters.
  • Partner with the TA COE leader to design comprehensive reporting and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team.
  • Manage a relocation program.







  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in TA Operations is required; global experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
