Senior Product and Segment Manager Mobile Processor & Power Management
The Senior Product Manager role will be responsible for managing the growth and profitability of the Mobile Processor and Power Management segment for all our Semitest products. The role involves collaborating and working with multiple teams – marketing, engineering, sales, and operations – understanding multiple markets – mobile, automotive, memory, etc. – and working alongside our customers who are small to large international semiconductor & internet companies.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Define and execute the Mobile Processor & Power Management segment 4-year strategy and business plan
• Drive (as key stakeholder) Digital & DC product roadmap and manage entire product life cycle of existing instruments
• Own forecast of products to drive inventory decisions
• Grow market share by prioritizing, targeting, and supporting strategic design-in activities, including competitive differentiation and resource trade-offs
• Determine pricing strategy for the general market and key customers
• Develop competitive differentiation through sales & marketing collateral
• Identify emerging customers in US, Europe, Asia and develop strategic customer relationships in cooperation with sales
• Synthesize market and business results to support Quarterly Business Reviews, investor relations, and the executive management team
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
• 5+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in semiconductor industry
• BS, preferably in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience
• MBA preferred, or equivalent managerial experience
• This position requires a person with very strong leadership, analytical, synthesis and integration skills. This role will require an extensive amount of integrating and visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels.
• Travel of 20% to be expected
