Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will directly manage strict confidential information and IT restricted access processes on a key Worldwide account for both the Customer and TER employees and report to the California based account program manager. 

Confidentiality compliance is managed through several access databases and must be continually audited for accuracy.  The Business Analyst will also initiate, monitor, and close IT Help Desk requests on behalf of our customer and account employees.

This involves:

  • Managing and auditing dynamic membership for various information access databases against an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly schedule.
  • Report database gaps to the Program Manager and perform first level analysis on the cause.
  • Over time, work to routinize and document the analysis process to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
  • Coordinating "secure facility" dedicated Help Desk requests for both Customer and TER employees along with follow up on proper execution by BPIT and end Customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Education Required:

  • College graduate of any 4 years course.
  • Good in oral and written communication skills, conflict management and relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy, detail, and follow-up.
  • Above average Excel proficiency (e.g. – vLookup, data parsing, concatenate, compares, etc.)
  • Self-manage periodic analysis, audit, and gap reporting schedules.
  • Direct customer interaction via email for all IT and network access issues and requests.
