Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the acquisition of assigned piece parts and/or Electronic Boards to support Customer Service Operations requirements
  • Work closely with Repair, Planning, Design Engineering, Commodity Management and Repair Engineering departments
  • Duties include determining requirements, placing orders with suppliers, and expediting and de-expediting deliveries
  • Responsible for on-time delivery, quality, price and inventory utilization


Basic Education/ Skills and Experience Required:

  • BS in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration Degree with 3-5 years of experience in related work
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Advanced skills in the use of personal computers and related software
  • Oracle MRP desirable
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • APICS/CPM certification but not a requirement
  • Great attention to details
  • Able to perform multi-tasks
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule as needed
