Organization & Role

The Teradyne Finance team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically Financial Analyst to focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) within the G&A division. The dynamic environment places a premium on a capacity to manage uncertainty and prioritize competing business needs.  This individual will report directly to the FP&A Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking 
  • Create financial models, analyze financial data, evaluate, and report financial performance to management 
  • Accounting, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting of GCS capital spares parts and equipment (T/Use) 
  • Perform inventory audit of GCS spares inventory located at customer’s site 
  • Conducts cycle count of inventory located at Cebu stocking centers 
  • Participates in regular physical inspection of Cebu site fixed assets and WIP inventory 
  • Work closely with the Business Unit owners, Finance Shared Services, and local accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting  
  • Identify process improvements and recommend actions  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • BS-Degree in Accounting with at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in general accounting, financial planning and analysis 
  • Extensive experience in accounts analysis and reconciliation 
  • Proficiency in MS office and productivity tools such as O365, RPA and PowerBI 
  • Familiarity with database management tools such as Microsoft Query, SQL, Business Objects 
  • Knowledge in Oracle GL and FA 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Self- motivated, resourceful and team player
