Marketing Specialist

Basic Duties and Responsibilities and Essential Functions:


  • Identify data and reporting requirements for the business
  • Establish and manage necessary databases and data policies to ensure accuracy, traceability and alignment
  • Create analytical models, tools and templates
  • Work with the IT organization in designing, identifying BI tools and deploying necessary analytics and reporting infrastructure
  • Run data queries and analytical reports for top management, product managers and finance (QBR, Performance monitoring, Quota Setting, Mid Term Planning and forecasting)
  • Provide product managers with insights from intelligence reports and propose improvements or changes to service models/policies and/or business processes
  • Prepare analytics needed for deal negotiations (Installed base, Usage trends, Factory Net Pricing)
  • Provide support to business operations in the areas of pricing administration, product/platform support planning, installed base/asset management and other processes  essential in the success of the business strategy
  • Work with Project Managers in conceptualizing and designing changes to business processes
  • Support in planning and  implementation of new business process and/or policies



Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:


  • Graduate of either Engineering/Accounting/Finance/Math/Business related courses
  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous marketing/analytics or related experience
  • Experience with standard tools and techniques of Project Management
  • Experience in the use of Oracle and advanced MS Excel (macro, formulas, power pivots). Knowledge and experience in Power BI(DAX), Power Query(M), Tableau knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with Statistical analysis and market research design is a plus
  • Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills and a team player who can effectively communicate with international teams
  • Willing to do off-hours conference calls, when needed
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Comfortable to work in a very dynamic environment and is not intimated with complex datasets


This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated or subject to weekly testing for onsite access.
