PLM Systems Analyst

Primarily responsible for analysis of end user use cases and support for user reported issues providing root cause and solution recommendation. Also able to design, develop, and implement solutions to enhancements and defects. 

Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze reported system issues and enhancement requests
• Support for system end users
• Provide analysis reports and solution recommendations
• Develop the optimal and efficient solutions
• Perform testing activities
• Achieve Support targets as per the team’s SLA
• Develop efficient, fully tested code written to specifications
• Develop and perform unit tests
• Accurate and up-to-date process and software documentation

Basic Education/ Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or any related course
• Minimum of 5 years' related work experience
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in J2EE development methodologies
• Experience of PLM systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of change management and deployment planning
• Good written and oral English language communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience in Object Oriented Development methods
• Experience in software development
• Experience in user support
• Must be able to look beyond their own responsibilities to influence other areas of the project where appropriate
• Must be able to discuss, share ideas with, and influence more senior people in the team and IT organization
