Product Repair Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:


•             Makes effective business decisions to ensure CSO goals are met (cost control, customer satisfaction & efficiency)

•             Leads CSO and PSI level initiatives and strategies

•             Reviews and finalizes mid-term and annual business plans and budget

•             Ensures proper execution of plans and makes necessary adjustments as needed

•             Communicates and responds escalations from internal and external customers - field team and customers

•             Interfaces with internal teams - Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations

•             Presents and justifies proposals to top management

•             Sponsors CSO and PROGs level initiatives. 

•             Mentors and develops leaders


Basic Qualifications, Education and Skills Required:


•             Bachelors Degree on any Engineering courses.

•             At least 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

•             Highly proficient in both written and verbal communication.

•             Knowledgeable in various MS Apps, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.

•             Experienced in data analytics and problem solving.

•             Passionate to work with people within and outside the organization.
