Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:


  • Read work instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming, in-process and outgoing materials and products.                                            
  • Recommend any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes                   
  • Remove products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality                                   
  • Accept or rejecting finished products/assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team                                         
  • Perform inspections at random to assess product/assemblies’ quality                                    
  • Check ATP socket condition under scope (20x magnification)                                     
  • Inspection carrier thickness                        
  • Verify carrier indication labels                   
  • Track carrier quality performance i.e., ATP SN# vs ATP MCN, linkage of ATP vs Carrier SN, Carrier AOI test result, Carrier various test results.                                  
  • Validate force test result for lid referring to lid SN against the force test result.                                  
  • Check cosmetic appearance for carrier                                 
  • Check cosmetic appearance for lid (which includes checking under 20x scope magnification on non-top test plunger face)        


Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:


  • Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent, BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or equivalent, or any related course. New grads are welcome to apply.
  • Strong experience in Electromechanical assembly is an advantage
  • Must have good manual dexterity to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing.
  • Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc.), and familiarity with internet-based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Willing to work in an 8-hour shifts.
