Organization & Role
Your role within the Production Board Test organization is to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services on our Test Station family of In-Circuit Test Systems. These systems provide full structural and functional coverage for a wide-range of manufacturing, component, process, and performance for high-performance analog, digital, and mixed-signal devices used on modern PCBs.
Responsibilities
Perform successful delivery and acceptance testing of Teradyne In-Circuit Production Test Systems.
Execute with various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne commitment to our Customer.
Provide technical support and maintenance activates at the Customer site.
Provide active management of account needs and escalation to management.
Make recommendations to existing product solutions to improve tester up-time and performance.
Provide formal and on-the-job training to customers as necessary.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
2-4 years’ test/product service engineering experience
Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Prior experience on Teradyne or any other ATE platform is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Must be willing to travel
Education
Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
