Duties & Responsibilities

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global HRIS team as a senior SAP SuccessFactors Analyst.  
In this role you will be working within the HR organization alongside HR liaisons to assist in delivering solutions and services for supporting HR processes, data & systems.  The position will work closely with the business to ensure that our Hire-to-Retire human resources processes as well as our talent processes run smoothly and consistently globally.  In addition, ensuring the data that is captured in our HR systems stays accurate and up to date.  You will be a key contributor to make sure HR professionals and business managers have the people data and analytics they need to support HR processes and business decision making.  As a part of the Global HRIS team you will be striving for a successful and effective execution of the HRIS strategy and the associated HR technology roadmap.


Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:


HRIS Solutions
 

  • Own HR systems (SAP SFSF) and data while maintaining data integrity and data validation.
  • This position will be working cross functionally analyzing data and solving problems, working closely with HR and business leadership to build and document workflows and procedures for our HR platform.
  • Analyze, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies, including and not limited to Integrations, SSO, data import etc.
  • Data Governance & Maintenance – Build the data structure and support  the governance of master data, ensuring governance processes are run and maintained centrally. 
  • Global Reporting and Analytics-working with HR leaders to establish priorities for reporting needs . manages the creation, testing and validation  of new reports/analytics. . Support employees reporting needs driven by compliance and regulation (EEO-1, Disability, Vets 100, W-2 etc.).
  • Work closely with IT and Finance to ensure  HR data flows with no disruption to legacy systems.
  • Support & troubleshooting– Serve as Tier 1 support.
  • Access - Define access requirements and manage access to HR data.
  • Audit & compliance - Conduct regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of all systems and processes.

 

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

 

  • Attention to Detail – must be willing to dive into the details to make sure processes are working and data is accurate
  • Analytical – ability to review and interpret data, and convert insights into actions.
  • Process Improvement – ability to analyze processes for weaknesses and inefficiencies, and identify ways to make processes work more effectively.
  • Very good Customer orientation- gain customer trust & collaboration.
  • HR Processes – working knowledge of all core hire-to-retire HR processes as well as their data and global variations.
  • Reporting & Analytics – experience building and working with HR reports and analysis.  Familiarity with common HR KPI’s, metrics, and benchmarks and how they are used to provide insight to Human Resources professionals.
  • HR Systems – familiarity with global HR systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors), how they structure HR information, and process HR data and transactions. 
  • Participation in 2-3 implementation projects of HR systems with at least one being SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • Self-driven, capable of conducting research, exploiting industry networks and persistently driving process improvements.
