Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This position will assist the Americas Region Recruiting team in day-to-day tasks surrounding hiring, scheduling interviews, coordinating event logistics and reporting. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on applicants, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using recruiting management system and other filing systems.
  • Proactively communicates recruiting procedures and status to candidates, recruiters and hiring teams.
  • May review and qualify new applicants in ATS, coordinate and administer pre-employment assessment, generate and distribute offer and acceptances letters and/or assist in college hiring activities.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function by recommending and assisting in the development and implementation of solutions that drive increased value for internal clients in terms of reduced costs, improved efficiencies, quality, service, technology and processes.
  • Ensures Company and legal compliance with employment practices, policies and processes.
  • Arranges interviewee travel and processes interviewee and recruiting team expense requests.
  • Assist with hiring and training of new employees.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping of marketing materials to recruiting events.
  • Performs additional duties, including reporting and project-related work, as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1+ year in a recruiting coordinator or a relevant administrative assistant role
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to learn process and systems quickly
  • Proactive, resourceful and takes initiative
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
  • Able to handle data with confidentiality
  • Must have experience scheduling and handling multiple calendars
