Test Engineer

Position Details:

 

  • Lead failure review board and drive issues to closure.
  • Evaluate and monitor results and effectiveness of product quality corrective actions (KPIs, Containment plans, Root cause analysis, Problem solving)
  • Engage with Product Repair Operations Group, Customers and Field Support team to address product quality issue
  • Work on innovative projects to support Product Repair Operations group
  • Provide sensible reports regarding product quality to stakeholders
  • Work closely with other engineers for process and product quality improvements
  • May provide support in developing software tools and checkers/simulation that promote efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Coordinate Engineering Change Notifications
  • Evaluate special units
  • Perform corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance to the Test stations
  • Analyze Quality/Reliability data
  • Create and analyze Repair / Results Reports
  • Create/update Procedures & Forms
  •  Technical Support to the technical workforce such as Technical training, hands-on troubleshooting 
  •  Capital equipment and spare parts budget control and acquisition for maintaining the repair process stable
  •  Audit Repair Process Training (For Training Effectiveness).
  •  Perform Out of Tolerance test equipment analysis

 

Job Profile

 

  •  Formal Education
  •  Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  •  Languages
  • English B2+ 

 

Hard Skills

 

  • In-depth knowledge in Failure Analysis as well as ATE operations is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Windows based application (Visual Basic) and C++ programming is an advantage
  • Skills in ATE use, device test programming and test development experience is highly preferred
  • MS Office Package (Intermediate MS Excel and MS Project Skills)
