Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician will be responsible for the Tiny PCB Assembly and Manufacture including PCB Assembly, Production Setup, Troubleshooting, Operating and Maintenance of Tiny PCB Assembly and Manufacture related equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Support Tiny PCB assembly manufacture and production.
• Support New Product Introduction for Tiny PCB Assembly manufacture/ Production
• Support to Develop solution of Tiny Solder ball mounting for Tiny PCB assembly manufacture
• Support to Design tooling and hands-on parameter adjustment for Tiny PCB assembly manufacture
• Support to Generate Rework stations and Reflow profile settings
• Operate/ Troubleshooting/ Maintenance SMT Assembly equipment/ machine

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

• Diploma Associate Degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-year cumulative work experience in probe head needle placement or socket pogo pin placement or repair/soldering for components that smaller than 0201 on printed circuit board is must.
• A person with a sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
• A person with commitment to teamwork and “can-do” spirit.
• Have willing to work in shifts is must.
