Logistics Analyst

*本職缺為育嬰留職停薪之職務代理人，定期契約期間一年

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the CSO Taiwan Parts Service Operations.
1. Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers.
2. Manage 3PL warehouse vendors in Taiwan, including:
    o KPI management
    o SOP review and management
    o Regular operations review and resolution
3. Billing verification
4. Manage regional freight vendors including, meet Taiwan OTD and delivery KPI, and shipment issues resolution.
5. Liaise with customers on customers’ ordering, logistics requirements, issues, and escalation.
6. Handle local compliance matters to ensure compliance to U.S. and Taiwan regulatory policies.
7. Coordinate the repair & return process with customers, parts centers, repair centers and transportation vendors

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Education background
1. Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
2. Preferably with 2 years of order or logistics management experience
3. Proficient in MS Office in MS Excel and Word
4. Good customer service skills with high level of business integrity
5. Proficient in spoken and written English
