Teradyne is experiencing exceptional growth, and we need a Campus Recruiting Lead to join our team to help us execute our campus recruiting strategy. We'll need your help to create new, innovative and inclusive experiences for students of varying backgrounds. Your day-to-day work will proactively improve our global hiring strategy and help us continue to grow as a diverse organization. We’re looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge and feel energized to roll up their sleeves and help realize Teradyne’s unlimited potential.





  • Drive our global campus recruiting strategy and college hire expansion aligned to Teradyne’s growth and needs.
  • Get creative - help us find events to host or attend to continue to build diversity in our recruiting pipeline.
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
  • Liaison with corporate philanthropy team to maximize funding in support of building mutually beneficial relationships with schools' career services offices, clubs, professors, and other programs.
  • Create and maintain effective relationships with campuses.
  • Establish campus champions, using alumni whenever possible for each target college or university.
  • Plan and implement interview events and office visits for candidates / managers.
  • Work with multiple software tools including but not limited to, candidate tracking systems, online reporting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other required tools provided by campus’ career centers.
  • Provide reports on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires and activity to recruiting management, operations and business leaders.
  • Ensure all recruiting guidelines and laws are followed.
  • Assist in development of collateral material and utilize social media tools to establish and maintain brand awareness on campus and in the general college community
  • Travel as needed for specific campus events.




Required Skills/Experience


  • 5+ year of full-cycle campus/university recruiting experience, ideally with a concentration in Engineering.
  • Ability to develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, and administration and student bodies.
  • The willingness and ability to travel as required for campus visits (30%-40%)
  • Driven & proactive personality with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptable to new technology and recruiting tools.
  • Self-motivated, able to operate independently with minimal direction.
  • Passion for university recruiting and dedication to creating a remarkable candidate experience.
