Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation Analyst

Teradyne is hiring for a Sales Compensation Analyst in our corporate headquarters located in North Reading, MA.  

 

This role is a part of the Semiconductor Division supporting the worldwide sales team.   Come join our team!

 

Responsiblities:

 

  • Oversee and manage worldwide sales incentive and compensation process.  
  • Identify and implement a software tool to streamline and automate the process
  • Working with the sales team to set and track annual sales incentive plans including quota and key sales objectives by sales manager, sales engineer, account and region
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment to sales force on a quarterly basis against the plan
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any payment issues
  • Manage $5--$7M in annual payments against plans
  • Benchmark sales incentive program against the industry and peers and propose\implement any necessary changes

 

Education:

 

Bachelors Degree is required.
